Management is approachable and open to feedback. 8. Work-life balance is well respected. 9. The company fosters innovation and encourages new ideas.

      1. Compensation is competitive but doesn’t fully reward high performers. 2. The performance metrics are outdated and don’t capture true impact 3. There are no stock options offered

      Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

      Cons

      Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
