Good product, solid co-founders Okta does an excellent job of employing the mindset of "it takes a village" to win deals. Has the benefit of being in upper right Gartner MQ (now along with Microsoft & Centrify) Decent benefits IPO bound
Cons
Lots of management changes lately which has affected morale on sales team Very cliquey...rampant 'tech-bro' sales team If you join Okta, you'd better hope you have a good territory as certain territories continually struggle (and get smaller due to over hiring of reps) to make quota and deal with a revolving door of sales reps. If you want to work at a company that follows a strong micro-management style, then by all means, send your resume in. Tired of the two slides that the CRO shows at each qbr; Vince Lombardi and Navy Seal team slides....seriously, please come up with something more original.
