Pros

Great product, should see organic growth in next two plus years for non US region.

Cons

-Boiler room sales environment - sales reps deal with an extreme amount of pressure to perform despite hitting your target being realistically unachievable. -As is common in a lot of average companies, the proposed solution to low sales performance is to add more reps and shrink territories. Unsurprisingly this didnt work and saw mass exodus of reps. -Inexperienced and robotic "yes man" management who would rather see heads roll than stand up, communicate what is right and implement meaningful change. -Average tenure of employee 1.2 years, large amount of churn -Devoid of company culture - no guiding principles or culture code -Experienced a large lack of trust from managers to direct reports which resulted in micro management style -Pretty shocking communication from sales managers which included a lot expletives and threats of dismissal to whole team around end of quarter, despite lack of support during months prior -Quite political

Pros

Smart, talented, and supportive colleagues. Interesting products and the opportunity to work on technology that impacts many customers. Good work-life balance in most teams. Collaborative culture with opportunities to learn from experienced peers. Strong brand recognition and valuable experience for your resume

Cons

Cons Recognition is lacking, especially for individual contributors. Strong performance and consistent delivery do not necessarily translate into career advancement, promotions, or meaningful salary increases. Growth opportunities appear limited for ICs, while management roles seem to receive a greater share of advancement and compensation opportunities. After several years, many individual contributors may find themselves reaching a career plateau with few clear paths for progression. If career growth, promotion opportunities, and compensation advancement are important priorities, it may be worth evaluating other opportunities once you’ve gained experience here
