      Hard working colleagues, honest and transparent leadership, passion for communities and diversity, incredible culture which is highly supportive of employees, tons of opportunity.

      Cons

      It's fast paced and you have to like the constant innovation and speed of business change to really thrive.

      Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

      Cons

      Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
