Pros

The product was great unless you were competing with MSFT. The CSM's were good the SE's not very good at all.

Cons

In 2019 70% of all OKTA field sales reps did not make quota. I kept this record as a reminder of how bad it was working at OKTA in field sales. By far the worst work experience I ever had.

Pros

Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

Cons

Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
