      Young and energetic staff, some very smart folks, and a very sharp CEO.

      Cons

      Previous Chief Customer Officer was a narcissist that played favorites, couldn't stand her people outshining her, and when she left, she put her boot-licking toady in charge - Okta is now at a 52 week low, which is the chickens coming home to roost. Glad I'm out of that organization...

      Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

      Cons

      Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
