      Work/Life balance is outstanding and benefits are competitive.

      Cons

      The worst sales culture and customer 1st focus I have seen in 20 years of selling. Lack of direction, structure, or urgency by leadership. They are collecting stock and or pay with no pressure to perform.

      Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

      Cons

      Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
