      Great culture and corporate execution. Aggressively capturing market-share. Outstanding team of people. Products really work and customers love the experience.

      Cons

      Everyone works extra hard in a very fast paced environment; aligned in building a the next great software company. You must be accountable and deliver what is expected of your role, or you will stand out / can not stay at Okta very long.

      Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

      Cons

      Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
