You are very aware of your contribution to the success of the company You are encouraged to make decisions and take action - You are surrounded by an extremely talented group of people Constant Change - Never a dull moment and time flies Sr. Leadership provides and supports a very open door policy and transparency on the company's strategies, challenges

Cons

Everyone is very aware of your less than stellar - hit and misses and their impact to the company (But, as long as you take ownership for your f-ups, you'll be OK Constant Change - can be difficult for people who like things "slow and steady"

Pros

Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

Cons

Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
