Okta created the IDaaS category and is leading the pack, it is really exciting to be part of Okta team. The people are smart, friendly and very collaborative, no showing of big ego. My direct management team is personable, result-driven and invested in company and my career growth. I get very insightful advice on how to demonstrate and increase my value. Weekly all-hands facilitated by Todd Okta CEO is a very good forum for all employees to stay close to key developments, events and focuses. It also showcases the core value of customer success and transparency. Okta is disciplined and frugal, not flashy. This reflects what the company and the technology is about. I really like this philosophy.
Cons
Typical to a fast growing start-up, many processes are still maturing so it takes mental and intellectual agility and flexibility to adjust to changes. On the flip side, it also provides opportunity to be part of the change establishing new structures, processes, etc.
