      Great product and presales are a particularly talented team

      Not even a good pay rate can make up for some of the major issues at Okta - culture is terrible. Some of the least competent senior leadership I've worked with, wasting a huge opportunity. Lacks soul - against other tech employers who try and create collaboration and a sense of belonging, Okta is years behind

      Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

      Cons

      Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
