Pros
As of late, Okta has exprienced a lot of turnover and the culture is shifting to more "big company" politics from the startupy type flat culture it always was. That said, it's a good company with good management. It's a high integrity environment and we have great colleagues who have high personal and professional standards.
Cons
More political than it used to be. Optics matter more than productivity in many cases now.
