      Pros

      Strong brand and reputation. Good fixed compensation model with RSU´s. Good CEO, but poor mid mangement 2&3 levels down.

      Cons

      You get promised to have a mix of current and new logos to target. When you start its 100% new and a lot of focus on cold calling.

      Pros

      Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

      Cons

      Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
