Pros

RSUs with real value and great benefits like paid cell phone and Internet for your home office. Strong brand name. Amazing SC partners. If you do sell anything, you will get paid. Some good Spiffs.

Cons

Your entire success here if you're an EAE is dependant on your territory. There is no hope for you without a great set of current customer accounts who have the money and interest in upsell/cross-sell products. The distribution is entirely unequal across teams and AEs. In fact, it could not be more unequal. If a role is open, ask why that is. Ask about it!

Pros

Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

Cons

Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
