      Pros

      Remote friendly & nice offices. Comp is decent.

      Cons

      Very political toxic culture. Constant layoffs in marketing and turnover in sales. Promotions are not performance based, but a popularity contest. Work-life balance is the worst I've experienced. Senior leadership turnover is high. New CMO yearly, and constant change of VPs. Management is extremely ineffective, and many are not qualified to do the role.

      Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

      Cons

      Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
