      -comp package -generous mat/pat leave -remote work -relevant products and cool customers -good martech stack

      Cons

      Recent changes in demand gen marketing leadership have tanked team morale. It’s led to poor work/life balance and high attrition. Widespread culture of quiet layoffs and quiet firings within the org, but if you speak up, you’ll be their next target.

      Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

      Cons

      Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
