The discussions felt organic — not like scripted, pre-decided questions — and focused on areas I was most comfortable in, which allowed for a more meaningful and fair evaluation. Clarity Post-Selection: Once the interview rounds were over, all next steps were communicated with clarity — including office timings, work-from-home policies, salary discussions, and other logistical details. Well-Structured Rounds: Each interview round had a clear objective and didn’t feel repetitive or overlapping. That helped maintain interest and avoid fatigue through the process.
