Candidate-Centric Interviewing: The interviewers were well-prepared and aligned on the technical expectations. The discussions felt organic — not like scripted, pre-decided questions — and focused on areas I was most comfortable in, which allowed for a more meaningful and fair evaluation.

No Panel Summary Feedback: Although the communication was great overall, receiving a brief summary of interview panel feedback (even generic) would have been a helpful addition for self-reflection.
