-The pay is ridiculously unfair and low. Management will tell you extra money can be made through bonuses (however they are cut by 75% due to hard to obtain DQ goals)
-Promotions are a joke
-Raises for top employees are 20 cents.
-Pressure of forcing Insurance and Auto deals on customers to hit selfish company goals
-Higher ups literally have said ( our goal is to keep customers for as long as we can so interest builds as much as it can)
-Company is based in greedy morals and masks it by "helping people"
-Employees are treated very unfairly with brand new people being hired on making more than current employees without any experience and lack
of knowledge on how to do the job.
-Honestly the bad that can written about this company could fill an entire book.
