Depending on the department and Manager: 1. Flexible schedules. Understanding that Life happens, and this place will help accommodate as needed. 2. High Focus on Employee Engagement. Regular activities and events recognizing employees for tenure, birthdays, values winners, ect... 3. Great facilities and great location. 4. Women at Work Program inclusive to all women regardless of position or title. Program focuses on fostering relationships with other women, finding their voice, mentor-ship, ect... 5. There is always more to be done at the company than people to do the work which prevents stagnation and boredom. 6. Empowered to take on opportunities and challenges. 7. Cons
1. Tools to mine data are not the greatest. 2. Compensation could be better but the overall benefits are a good package. You have to determine your motivator in advance. For some it's culture, a strong team, and creative flexibility. Know your values in advance.
