      Overall at the company the in person work expectation was huge and generally not very flexible

We see the value of work from home and provide for it in our plan; however, as a real estate company we proudly promote the importance of in person connection and work environment.

      Sitting and not really doing much, great usage of the amenities, residents

      Cons

      The corporate aspect of the building, and how they lie to residents. Constantly getting in trouble for saying we as employees could do something months prior then switching their minds last minute. There really isnt any growth either, people stay for a few months then quit. Its very draining.
