Pros
Every day I have been learning a lot of things so far. Also, it's great to feel valued and trusted, and team managers and colleagues have been so kind and welcoming. Thank you! As for the technical skills of my role, I've been learning how to use new tools and I'm so motivated at the moment.
Cons
The only thing I find hard sometimes is not to fully know the team in MX as my team is in the US. But the people I have known at the moment in MX have been so cool to me, too (:
