Pros

Attempting to assist disadvantaged and underserved community of San Diego county.

Cons

Management practices racism, they underpay employees some just making minimum wage while managers are making 6 figure plus, just depends on how much they like you. They don't listen to their employees in regards to treatment and what matters to them. Benefits are bottom of the barrel.

Pros

Patients were kind, humble and appreciative for the most part.

Cons

administration had many problems in instituting guidelines and protocols. Hired inexperienced people in leadership positions starting from Chief Medical Officer, CEO, IT, and front desk operations. Had many concerns on the way the clinics ran and how the medical providers were treated with great disrespect and no allowance for feedback in patient treatment guidelines. I would say that most of the guidelines lacked updating and no room for constructive criticism. Breakdown in communication from various departments especially intake and referral departments. Never enough staff to help--MA's or Lab tech's.
