      Pros

      I learned so many great principles during my time with OpsRamp. Working with PM, other members in the design team, and dev. I will hold onto that for the rest of my career. Miss working with a number of these talented folks/friends. The only reason I left was to work at a startup with an old co-worker as a director.

      Cons

      Sometimes we had multiple projects going on at a time. This was hard at times to keep focus but also kept it fresh for our team so it's a double-edged sword. I preferred more work and we did some innovative things with our design system and processes we created.

The pandemic has changed the way we work. We embrace the remote workforce since 65% of our employees are remote. We appreciate your encouraging words. We wish you all the best in your new endeavor!

      Pros

      Company is an incredible space and is poised for much success. Has ability to become market leader and take company by storm. Even during difficult COVID time, company has amazing outlook. Leadership has committed to supporting employees past and present; it really shows. Company is growing as are sales opportunities, highly recommend joining company while it is still early. Management is supportive and listens to individual contributors. Guidance is always welcome and well-received. Feel like we are all heard. I know we have great trajectory with the current C-level suite (CEO, CMO).

      Cons

      Nothing major, but would love to see more management to IC interaction.
