Pros

Good for newbies and can learn new things

Cons

No appreciation for hard work. lots of politics and there is no growth. sometimes you are suppose to work for 16 hours. If you are hired as manager you have to do L1 work to get things moving and still ceo is not happy...really its a blood sucking company

We greatly appreciate your positive feedback and will continue to focus on developing our innovative product. We are surprised by your negative feedback. Our CEO sets an example of treating all of us as his family members. Because of him, we created a close-knit community within the global offices and fostering a caring and respectful culture. We strive to implement and improve our process constantly. Without the proper product requirements, how can we create an innovative product as indicated by you? If a diligent, accountable, innovative, technical, passionate, and humble manager, presented an issue during your employment with OpsRamp. We apologize. HR team supports the team members with an open door policy and respect. We are here to assist everyone with the established process which also requires cooperation from the team members. Nevertheless, we appreciate your time with us and wish you all the best in your future endeavors!
