      * Very cliquey, people who have been there a long time are promoted when they have no management skills

      building out your own pathway

      Cons

      there is no HR for HR. if you go to someone about your superior you are told to figure it out on your own. there have been over 10 different people that came and went in my time there which is very concerning for a company
