NONE. Bare minimum employment services just to make sure they follow MOM guidelines.
Cons
1) HR is hard to reach. Not responding emails in a prompt manner. It take them days. They don't answer calls at all. 2) No salary increment. 3) EP application will be outsourced since they are already full on quota. 4) No career growth. 5) Just out there to collect agency fees.
