Pros
Work from home and could work 4 ten hour shifts
Cons
Everything is micromanaged and every click of a link in the system is time logged to keep track of whether or not you are working and they have quotas you have to reach. They were very flip-floppy every week: "we need you to work harder, exceed your quotas, be more detailed and log all issues in 15 different way" to "we know you guys are working hard and don't worry about productivity, just make sure everything is right" to "if you can't do this work then maybe you should find another job" to "we appreciate all you guys do and we couldn't achieve all this without you". This could've just been my direct manager, but they also didn't allow anyone to transfer positions when they said they would, it broke alot of trust with a bunch of the employees.
