      Pros

      Cross-sectional business means that it is possible to get some experience in many areas of the clinical trial business. Many of the people are interesting and friendly.

      Cons

      Vague instructions, constantly-moving finish lines, and management that is not satisfied with any level of quality or effort. It feels like living the same day over and over and over, like "Groundhog Day." Little appreciation for work done.

      Good benefits but not much else

      Cons

      Since being taken over by private equity, it's been a sinking ship. Constant layoffs, no financial stability, new C-Suite and HR leadership that is completely out of touch. Once a great company where people enjoyed working at that now feels unfamiliar and just cold.
