Toxic culture with micromanagement DNA.
The best example is, when my father passed away the team sent me flowers but in the same breath they put me on what was basically a PIP in that same quarter of my father getting progressively ill and passing away.

- the department I work in all seem to be very happy and we enjoy the work we do so it makes coming to work fun and enjoyable

- maybe some additional benefits but also with the state of the industry I think we all feel blessed to still have work
