You actually get to think through problems from scratch. The AI/copilot work here is something we're particularly proud of. It's not just a gimmick, there's real thought going into how it should work, what users actually need, and the team is genuinely invested in getting it right. That kind of intent is hard to find. People are sharp and welcoming at the same time. You can walk up to leadership and have a real conversation, not just a status update. Decisions get made fast, which is exciting. If you've come from a larger company and want to actually own things and see the impact of your work, this is worth it. The pace isn't for everyone but if you're the type who wants to build, not just execute, Ottimate is a solid bet.
