Pros
- working on a product that's actually meaningful, trying to improve people's health - very interesting bio data. As I learned about the product I actually got a better understanding of my own health (I noticed how I sleep less than I thought) - exposure to diverse components, hardware / mobile app / mobile UI, cloud backend - big enough to have interesting challenges, small enough that you can make a difference - I really enjoy working with my team - a smart and helpful bunch - good work-life balance even though it's a growing startup
Cons
- Sometimes communication with the US team is tricky due to timezone differences. - Roadmaps and plans are sometimes a bit fuzzy, though that's not uncommon at this stage - There's many ideas and a lot of potential, you need to stay focused to get things done
