Pros

I've had a fantastic experience with this company so far. From the start, everything moved so quickly—I went from applying to being hired in only a week! The workload is heavy, but in a way that keeps you engaged. Most importantly, my coworkers are the best part of the job. I feel very happy and motivated to come to work every day.

Pros

I worked as a full stack software designer in Folsom, a company focused on tech solutions for the medical industry. My role involved designing and developing a web app to streamline patient management and key processes like appointments and medical records. The work environment was highly collaborative with team members, and it gave me the chance to grow professionally, as there was always room to innovate and apply new tech ideas. I highly recommend working here if you’re interested in software design in an environment where innovation and teamwork are key.

Cons

However, one area that could be improved is time management and workload distribution. At times, tasks and projects piled up.

Pros

Working within this environment offers invaluable opportunities for developing multitasking skills and honing one's ability to thrive amidst high-pressure situations. The workload is consistently substantial, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work atmosphere with minimal downtime. It's worth noting that the level of training and support can vary between departments, with some offering more structured guidance than others. While the organization is open to hiring individuals with limited experience, it's essential to be proactive in self-directed learning and skill acquisition. Overall, this role presents an environment ripe for personal and professional growth, albeit one that demands self-motivation and a readiness to take initiative in one's own development.

Cons

The upper management's communication style within the organization unfortunately lacks professionalism, characterized by the occasional use of inappropriate language and a tendency to raise their voice when addressing errors, regardless of one's experience level or prior training. Regrettably, there appears to be a deficiency in structured training programs, particularly pertaining to administrative tasks, leaving employees to glean necessary skills through ad hoc observation during their duties, often in tandem with managing customer service responsibilities. Prospective candidates should consider their ability to withstand such challenges, as navigating through instances of elevated discourse and personal criticisms may necessitate a resilient demeanor.
