Pros

Very easy interview- they are willing to hire as long as you know programming. That is it.

Cons

No training. You are expected to figure everything out with what is going on in their code base from day one, and tossed out without any warning if you request more training or can't keep up. The management is also very hostile and condescending to employees, which doesn't help morale. The pay is also extremely poor.

Pros

Everyone needs a few “terrible job” stories, and Outploy has all the ingredients! A freezing office with outdated music on repeat, low pay, and outdated tech. Management was unprofessional, to say the least. Basic tools like email and calendar? Nonexistent. A unique and arbitrary security policy that left processes rigid but software insecure. If you’re looking for a company that makes everything harder than it should be, this may be the job for you! In all seriousness, the only pros about this company are the few decent folks who work there. Its also hard to get fired. If you do a good job or people like you personally then you won't get fired.

Cons

There are three kinds of cons when working at Outploy: the small, petty annoyances (too many to list), the baffling issues you can’t truly grasp until you've experienced them firsthand, and then the big-picture problems. Let's just stick to the big-picture cons for now. Sometimes there is a reason to work for low pay. For the valuable experience and knowledge you gain. The benefits. Maybe it's the work/life balance. The problem is... Outploy does not have any of these things. The benefits aren't great. The work/life balance is bad. The only you will gain valuable experience and knowledge is if you're a psychologist doing an undercover study.

Pros

Any pros are pointless to list.

Cons

Too much work, no communication from higher ups, you will be fired for no reason and with no prior warning, communication, or official write-ups. This is a "packed like sardines in a can" call center job and they treat workers like disposable units, not human beings. Pure evil.
