PIAS was the best working environment ever! A true passion for music and great camaraderie pervade every corner of the company. You learn a hell of a lot while having fun.
Cons
It's hard to point out any negative aspects really, except maybe that being an indie it might be more difficult to grow past a certain level -- there's only so many positions at the top.
