Pros
Great people to work with Occasional staff dinners
Cons
- Unless you literally share blood with upper management you are just a means to an end. - you will be working overtime, even when told you wont be. (6, sometimes 7 days a week). - There's nothing left worth buying on your discount, as all the new tech is not allowed to be bought by staff, even though it has been on the shelves for more than 12 months now. (unless you're management, then feel free to buy 2, maybe 3). - Don't even bother trying to take your allocated breaks, as it's expected that if you have time to chat, then that should be your break instead. - Anyone who tries to make the workplace better for staff will be reprimanded for it. - Staff turnover is huge, 10+ staff members leaving within a year of each other - No room to progress, permanent staff that have been working hard will be looked over, while new casual employees with little to no knowledge will be trained and used instead. - Minimum wage, maximum expected of you. - Minimum staff parking, either park on the street and get your car into a crash, or three. or park down the road in a parking lot that you "might" be able to use.
