Pros
I worked there 3 years ago- firstly in the Dublin office then moved to the Birmingham office which was closer to home. The company is a progressive outfit open to new ideas and new innovations, As someone who joined from a different industry, I was grateful that my peers were happy to pass on their knowledge and tap into mines where it was evident I had transferrable skills. They also have a strong focus on developing and mentoring young engineers That was very evident in both offices. Good social scene too with flexible working hours aiming to create a relaxed friendly environment to work in. Location wise- Dublin office well connected to the city center by the Luas Tram system- and to the airport via a direct shuttle bus. Birmingham office adjacent to the Airport/Train Station and M42.

The Car Park at the Birmingham office- is under-sized for the number of staff.
