Exposure to global colleagues interactions is a good opportunity to learn new cultures and knowledge. Standard benefit package in a corporate setting. Good as stepping stone for getting experience in a specific field.
Cons
Very under compensated - no overtime pay and unfair workload distribution. Doing full service of tasks while being paid at minimum. Incompetent colleagues will only burden more the workload. Upper management is filled with work politics. Some promotions are only based by how close you are to the managers.
