      More or less new technology. Interesting tasks. Some colleagues are good. Free fruits and coffee

      Cons

      The culture degraded to the point that people started to blame each other openly. Career path does not exist. Very high employee turnover rate.

      The people you work with are the best that's about it

      Cons

      Managers have no clue how to guide you do your work, layoffs happend every months (with no warnings), no flexibility to take time off or work from home. HR is not human at all. Everyone knows each other there, if you dont, dont expect any promotions
