On paper the vision and values are inspiring, however, the reality is hypocritical and conflicting. Lack of support, management and accountability from team leaders. Limited opportunity for career growth and development. Poor project management and strategy resulting in working long hours to meet the chaotic and unrealistic workload. Micromanagement and lack of autonomy from the top down hinders progress and stifles ideas.
