Pros
The leadership is very transparent, open-minded and willing to give the employees a level of autonomy that results in a satisfying and motivating environment.
You truly feel like you are a part of the team, and that you are a true contributor to the company. You can see the impact of your decisions and although it might feel stressful at times, it is an invaluable experience to learn how to navigate and balance that stress with your duties. And once you get through those times it is extremely rewarding and worth the amount of effort you put in.
The environment is fast-paced, it's never a dull moment - you learn and master various tools quickly and because the company is powered by innovation there is open-mindedness to using new tools/software constantly.
Cons
Because I was the only one in my role it was easy to feel the pressure of trying to do so many tasks in a short period of time. However, because it is a start-up and everyone faces this challenge you do truly feel like a team, everyone is supporting one another and even though they might not know the full extent of what you do, they understand that what you do is important.
