Mark and James care very much about their employees inside and outside the office. They are some of the most selfless, generous people I've ever known. This job came to me at a time when I really needed it, and I just needed someone to take me under their wings. These guys have become like family to me and I couldn't be more grateful. I have a 3 year old and when she's sick, I can stay home. If there is an emergency at school or I have to leave early for a Dr's appointment - no questions asked, family first. The other reviews here that state "non family oriented" are just out and out lies. Every birthday and every work anniversary is treated with a big company lunch on top of Christmas bonus's and raises, praise for a job well done, etc.
I could go on and on about all the things this company has done for me. Up to and including giving me an opportunity to learn and grow as a woman in this company and as a person in general. Thank you so much for all that you do Mark and James!
