Pros
(Note: I worked inside a Six Flags so it was a bit different than a regular Panda Express.) Free food, fun coworkers, 20% discount at Panda Express locations, free uniform and jacket (during the winter), and they pay a little bit more than minimum wage, and offer 401k, direct deposit, vacation pay-even if you don't work that many hours-full time is considered 30 hours a week, I think. I also got a raise after working only about 6 months.
Cons
annoying customers, coworkers slacking off, 10 minute breaks are not long enough for going to the bathroom and eating a meal, long hours, inconsistency in the quality of food sometimes because different people will make it (sometimes the cashiers/steam table people will cook the food)
