The bonus potential is fantastic. My first 3 months as a general manager, I hit a 14k quarterly bonus. My next quarter was 11k.
Cons
Lots of hours and constant work. The demand on your employees is incredible. They pay higher than most quick serve places, but the work is incrediblg fast paced and they expect improvement constantly.
