Pros
Pretty high salary for back workers and front workers. Working with the team and creating a positive environment is very encouraging. Lots of skills that can be learned.
Cons
Very bad managment. Some managers are great however, I ended up with the short end of the stick. This manager does not train employees and does not communicate effectively as everyone does. Sets a negative attitude and environment and is biased to employees. This leads to bad quality service to customers.
