Pros
I worked in other store and all of the managers where great!!! The job is easy because you just need to scoop the food. we have a secret shopper every month and if you pass them all of you guys will get a bonus. The amount is depend on your performance and how much do you work. some people get $20 and I got $200. basically you get free $200 if you do you job right. You will get free meal every 5 hours and you will get sick eating there but you just need to be creative and add some different kind of cause and you will be fine.
Cons
The only problem you I had there was people that you work with. its a fast food, so you need to be fast and have a good team work skills. If your working with slow cook you will run out of food and the costumers will be mad. If your working with slow co workers you will get stressed out. So just depend on your co workers. Other than that everything is easy and alright.
