Pros
Your experience really depends on the specific store that you work at. All the people at my store were really nice to work with. The hours were also very flexible. You also get a free meal every shift, and the food doesn't get old.
Cons
The work is really fast paced which some people might not like. There is always something to do. Also, if your store is understaffed it can sometimes be stressful.
