Some friendly and approachable people in the office including amongst senior management. Good initial training.
Cons
No work phone/laptop expected to fix problems myself if there’s a fault with either. Asked to handle confidential documents on personal laptop when wfh or during client visits- very unprofessional IMO. No social activities or team bonding apart from annual Christmas and Summer Party. No proper private medical insurance. No updated live CRM client list given to business development team - aren’t able to properly know who’s already a client and who isn’t, they’d then get unfairly scolded and ridiculed for reaching out to pre-existing clients when it wasn’t their fault. People speaking in languages a lot of others don’t understand. Some may find this quite rude. Dated office building and old fashioned and strict dress code, even for dress down Friday.
