Great colleagues but limited support and high demands - Principal Investigator Paragon Space Development Employee Review

Good projects lined up, good work/life balance, decent office, everyone is polite and friendly to work with, work is really interesting, niche products that everyone needs.

Sometimes at the mercy of NASA decision-making which is slower than molasses, lots of employee turnover, too many green space-engineers who don't know the ins/outs of real engineering, can't plan ahead more than 6 months, design methods need to be improved.

Coworkers are mostly great here.

Leadership is nonexistent. Business is likely to close due to a WARN notice. Stay away.
