There is literally no Pros - no leave benefits - no healthcare or mediclaim benefits - not a single software engineer is happy on this company - good for only HR department - extremely rude and pathetic Management - zero perks given - won't let you resign - well known for suing their employees - will make you sign NDA And non compete on stamp paper and registered notary on joining and even after your resignation so they can sue you easily - not employee friendly rules or regulations - not many projects - no transperancy is maintained - you won't get any appreciation and acknowledgement - no bonuses or team lunch or anything is offered. You won't get even single chocolate for diwali as well - will make you cry for every basic thing
